Eva, I enjoyed very much reading about Lucy Davenport. It is my understanding that one of the children she helped to raise was my grandmother, Emma Carpenter.
My sister also went to school with you in Franklin.

Eva, read your books recently. Would love to correspond. My father's mother was Emma Carpenter Anderson. I really enjoyed reading about Lucy Davenport Carpenter.
