K.W. Jeter Message Board

elitelamer posts on 3/3/2006 12:41:53 PM It has been about 1 year since my original message, and I still have not found that essay I am looking for. I still am interested in reading it and would welcome any info as to a location for it. Thanks.
GJ posts on 3/3/2006 12:30:36 PM Hi -- This is Geri Jeter, K. W.'s wife. I have never had an alcohol problem and his name is Kevin, not Keith. We moved to Las Vegas in 2003 because the job scene in Portland was way too grim. We both found "straight jobs" here. K. W. is writing and has a story in an upcoming anthology in the U.S. and a novella/novelette for a UK publisher.
myrtl posts on 4/7/2005 9:01:51 PM I work in a book store in Portland. We heard that Keith's wife had an unfortunate turn in her long battle with alcoholism. Pray for them both. We hope he returns to writing soon.

strider posts an odd thought on 3/1/2005 8:48:28 PM the book is called "noir" and its not really about copyrighting but it does have some interesting plot twists about it. good luck finding it was pretty popular when it came out so it shouldn't be too hard. anyways its a good read, hope you enjoy.
elitelamer posts on 3/1/2005 10:24:58 AM At the end of Noir there is an "About the Author" page that mentions an essay he wrote on copyright issues. The link it gives is to his personal site, which is no longer at that url. Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this essay, or where is the current location of his personal website? I have done my searches for it, and even checked with the Wayback Machine to see if it had archived a copy. All they had was copies of what the 404's for the essay page looks like and how it has changed in appearance over the years.
Nobby posts on 3/1/2005 9:02:01 AM Im trying to find a peice written around 1998 by K. W. Jeter about copyrighting, does anyone have it?
