Jill Churchill Message Board

vicky posts on 2/8/2009 1:58:58 PM I agree with Joanne. At one point in the story, Jane is glad she changed her elderly cats' litter box, and then later she buys them the first litter boxes they have used since they were kittens. Did anybody proofread this book?
Joanne posts on 1/1/2008 11:41:53 AM I just finished reading Jill Chruchills "The Accidental Florist" and found it to be a total waste of my time. I have read all the other Jane Jeffry Books and found them to be very entertaining. I would wager that if "The Accidental Florist" was her first Jane Jeffry book, there would not have been a second. Do the editors at HarperCollins treat established authors differently than new ones?
elie posts on 6/11/2007 3:08:16 PM I loved this book because not only was it a great story, it gave so much good advice on how to organize writing your own mystery. I have always wanted to write and this book has given me suggestions on how to get started. I have started to read all of Ms. Churchills books. Thanks.

Tom posts on 1/10/2005 9:14:58 PM I picked this book up without knowing anything about the series or the author. I think it's outstanding. I love the way it is written. It's so easy to read and the short chapters make you just want to read one more before you put it down. It's so good that when you do, half the book has been read. I can't wait to read more stories....
