Hello, as most posters I have read all of your novels.I'm also a quilter and have the books with the patterns. My question is, I was going to mark the ribbon border (Sarah,s sampler,Elm Creek Quilts , but after making a few bocks and looking at them together I noticed that when I would sew them to the sides of quilt it would cut off the points of the diamond.According to the pattern they is no extra seam allowance. Any help?

Have thoroughly enjoyed each and every one of the RunaWay Quilt series. Sure hope that she continues writing on the subject as so many people today are interested in quilting.
