Among probably 1,000 books in an antique shop, I picked "Dreaming in Color". What a wonderful surprise!! I enjoyed reading it so much and look forward to going through the long list of other books written by Charlotte Vale Allen. The characters were so vivid and real to me. What a story!!

I have discovered Charlotte Vale Allen; I loved Parting Gifts especially. She tells a story well. I am in the process of collecting all her books.

finished reading Parting gifts, first book i read from this author, and i am so pleased with this book. charlotte Vale allen has done great job on each and every single character, providing the reader with remarkable insight to the story. it's an inspiring story to all and keeps the reader wanting more. even witha sad ending, it turned out to be a happy ending!

Just finished reading "Fresh Air" and was pleased to see that a sequel was also written. Just logged on to find out the title. Looking forward to reading that. This is my first novel I have read by Charlotte Vale Allen and I am thrilled to find another author I enjoy this much. I'm looking forward to reading my way through her list of novels. Without my trusty reading material life would be so dull! Reading is my addiction, one I truly cannot give up. Thanks for the entertaining read.

It's extremely interesting to me that my review of certain books were so interesting, when you consider that I wrote nothing!!! What is this junk? I enjoy the writing of Charlotte Vale Allen, however it would seem that once you check this site out and inadvertently type your name in ... oh hoo you're a reviewer (and a good one at that).
