I am a Stephen King, Dean Koonce, James Patterson, Tami Hoag type of guy. Imagine my surprise when I found a copy of "Aunt Dimity and The Next of Kin" at the library and checked it out. Two day's later I came back to the library and borrowed all of the titles that Ms. Atherton has written. This past week has been one delightful reading after another. Thank you for your gift.

I enjoy the mystery and charaters of Aunty Dimity stories, but my main source of content is Reginald and his influence on her life. I do not have an Aunty Dimity (or fortune) but have a small panda coloured bear who also seems to have some sort of magic about him. Love live Reginald Rabbit

I read Aunt Dimity the first time after my father had died and a I cried throughout the whole book. I helped me get through a tough period in my life. Since then I have read the story to my daughter, who is now 17. She used it for a book report because she liked it so much. We just finished reading "The Next of Kin" and I thought it was one of the best of the sequels. I just reread Aunt Dimity's Death again. I had forgotten so much of the story, It was like visiting an old friend. Thank you Nancy Atherton for you books.

I would love to know when you are next coming to the San Francisco Bay Area. Where can I find this information?

Dear Nancy, My local library included your newest in their new books display and your cover caught my eye. It turned out to be one of those books you can't put down - I read it through. So, guess whose books I've going to look for? I'm a writer myself and find your "Aunt Dimity" an intriguing technique in story-telling. Congratulations! It really works! I just "dicovered Aunt Dimity"! I work in a Library and don't know how I missed Her! She is the best thing since slice bread! (when you described Reginald I felt like you knew "dog" I was almost embarassed, sitting there in my livingroom!) Do you still write? Have you ever thought of putting your books on cd? It's very popular for people to listen to books while travelling...it also cuts down on road rage! I love your fluid writing style, it's so easy to loose oneself in your books!

Since last Friday, 4/4/20/05, I have read 6 of your books. I love them. The 6 are all my Library has, so I must go to somewhere else to purchase the others. I am always looking for to authors to read, and I am glad I found you. Keep Aunt Dimity and Lori alive. Thank you, Chris
