To all you who are hating on Grisham, why did you even come to this Message Board? That just confuses me.
About his books, they are not all about the same thing. I've read a couple so far and am on my third and the plots are all drastically different.
I love his writing style. It's very enthralling.

What are the differences between the book and the movie in John Grishams The Client? Need it for an essay due tomorrow. Help would be greatly appreciated.

King of Torts did have a twist. It was the plot within the plot. Did anyone else see it? What happened to the pharmacuetical company's fixer? Why did he get so nervous? The lawyer stumbled on to something the pharm co did not want public. They know his weaknesses, like father like son. All the money was quite a distraction wasn't it? The lawyer got himself in a pack of trouble didn't he? Doesn't give him a lot attention to pay to what is really going on. Look at the things that we are told in passing throughout the book. What was it really all about? Best twisting Grisham ever. He doesn't spell it out you have to catch on. What do you think? Anyone?

"The Chamber" John Grisham.
Why does Rollie Wedge steal the keys to Lee's apartment? Why does he connive to get the access code to the legal firm's premises? Is this all covered by his "keeping an eye on things" as he says to Sam?

YOU HAD ME. yOU HAD ME. HE TURNS THE CORNER AND HE'S GONE. WHAT?!? IS THIS AN ENDING OR A LEAD IN TO VOLUME 2 OF THE ASSOCIATE? IF IT'S A LEAD IN, IT IS A POOR ONE...UNLESS VOLUME 2 IS ALREADY PUBLISHED AND WAITING FOR ME TO READ. AM SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED.

Which Grisham novel had the quote "find the problem" or 'fix the problem" in relation to a shadowy figure talking to an underling on the phone?
