Needless to say, you despised Ophelia because Johanna wanted you to. I think this is a new departure for her...previously, her heroines had a good reason for what they did. Even in "Prisoner of My Desire," she ravishes him in order to save her family by providing an heir.
Now it seems Johanna is going for a reworking of "The Taming of the Shrew," and I am not sure I am crazy about the idea, especially since she had stopped writing discipline fiction in the past few years. But it was always successful for her and you can't argue with success.

I might have to skip this one. I liked Raphael, but I despised Ophelia. I do not want to read about her having a happy ending because she doesn't deserve it. Blech.

She has a new book coming out in June called The _evil who Tamed Her. I tried to post a synopsis but it would not let me, I found it on the brilliance audio

Thank you babe for the answer! His character reminded me of her best work, and that was when I started reading the Malory adventures. There was wit, humour and banter. I preferred it that way without the straight up dry drama.
But I never complain. It is all good.

I've read that book, and I think he his charcter was much better then the hero (in my humble opinion). Nope, she hasn't written a book about him that I know of, but hopefully she will.
