I can't believe that there are people out there that think that the Chtorr series will ever see another book. David Gerrold can't even complete a website.
I think the series was great, one of my favorite, but after all this time if you still think we will see an end to it, I think your all dreaming.

Gerrold.com is up in a very basic way, but hasn't been worked on in at least 5 months. To be honest over the past few years, I've basically learned to not worry about it anymore. I take what DG says with a huge grain of salt. I'm sure he means well, but what he says and what happens are two different things. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one of these folks who thinks DG "owes" me something. I paid for each of his books (and would buy them again in HC) and consider it money well spent. If DG ever publishes more Chtorr books, I'll buy them as well. But until I see a publication date from Amazon.com, I'm just not getting my hopes up. DG has been saying 'next year' since 2003. Maybe this November will be the year, or maybe this books will the the science fiction version of "The Canterbury Tales"

I'm also curious if the next two books in the Child of Grass series are going to be published. Apparently they have already been written. Anyone heard anything in that regard?

In the Afterward to "Blood and Fire" DG mentions a book titled "The Un-Making of the Star Wolf". This would apparantly go behind the scenes of the (as yet) unproduced TV series the Star Wolf books sprung from. Anyone know if this is something he is still aiming to produce/release at some point [I know, "right after the next Chtorr book... :)]? As much as I like the Chtorr series, I'd personally much rather have more Star Wolf.

Just out of curiousity, does anyone know what happened to his blog? He said almost a year ago he would resume his blog, but there has been nada since.

He's TIRED? Yeah, only had about 10 years to rest since the last Chtorr book. I could see how that would wear him down...

November is graet, but since I wait for some years the question seems to me: which year?
