I just finished "Sold" and "A Promise to Nadia". I live in the United States and would like to receive any type of recent update. Is Nadia still in Yemen?

Zana and family. I'm from Australia and have just finished reading SOLD & PROMISE TO NADIA and I am so saddened and shocked to realise this is still going on. In a country of equity and equal rights for women it is unacceptable that Nadia has not been rescued and given the chance to live a normal life of raising her children, popping to the shops, laughing with family, swimming and all the other things we do day-to-day and take for granted.
Zana, I know you will never give up and I want you to know that my thoughts and the thoughts of my family are with you and yours.

Hi Zana,
my name's eline and I'm fifteen years old. I live in Belgium and I've just read your two books. I just want to say that I was shocked. I've already read the first book, but I was 10 years then, so I didn't realise how bad it is. When I read your books again, I feld so angry...I got the feeling that I just had to hire a helicopter and fly to Yemen, to get Nadia. That's also my question...Is Nadia still in Yemen?
I wish you lots of strength and hope Nadia gets free...

Dearest Zana,
I read your book "SOLD" yesterday & was shocked....how cruel a father could be ! I can understand your hatred toward your father & i hate him too with all my heart !!! One day he & his friends who are involved in this unjustice act will pay for all this. My heart breaks...for your sadness...and for Nadia's suffeing. I wish there is something we all women can do to help Nadia, her kids & your son.
Please let us know nay updates of Nadia. Today morning i went to church & prayed for you, Nadia & kids and those women like you'll facing these type of unjustice & slavery. I will countinue to pray for you'll... that God mey give you strength & guidance t help Nadia & kids escape Yeman. With Regrads, Marina.

Dear Zana. i read your books a long time ago. the situation you and your sister went through was horrible. i could not understand your father's motives while both of you sending back to his country. i wish to know what happened to your sister nadia and her kids. Did she come back to england or not? What about your own son? if you are still not united with your sister my prayers are with you all.
