Navy SEAL Brody Hawke is on a mission in the Amazon jungle when he receives a letter from the father he had never known and who he had been told was dead. Initially skeptical Brody is convinced to investigate farther when he sees the picture included in the letter, a picture of someone that could only be his twin brother. Brody arrives in the wine country of California just in time to attend the funeral of his father. He finds that his brother, Elliot, had been unaware of his existence until after the death of their father. Due to the last line of the letter which had mentioned enemies Brody is suspicious about the cause of his father's death.
At the reading of the will Brody is surprised to find out that he has been left 40% of his father's estate and is ready to hand it over to his brother who he feels deserves it until an attempt is made on his life. With the help of Tori Anderson, Elliot's soon to be ex-fiance, Brody tries to find out who tried to kill him and why. At the same time he and Elliot are trying to find out what happened between their parents and why they had been separated at birth. Brody and Tori are drawn together as they continue the search. Tori had vowed she would never again get involved with a man who likes to live on the edge, due to the death of her first husband, a stunt man, but she finds she can't resist Brody. | ||
