A serial killer plays a game of 'catch me if you can' with a detective.
During a chase, the detective has a heart attack and is forced to retire in need of a heart transplant. Missing the game, the killer finds a woman with the detective's blood type and murders her so the detective can have her heart. Some time later, the retired detective is approached by the sister of the woman who's heart he received. She wants him to find her sister's killer. Feeling obligated, he agrees to help her. During his investigation, the ex-detective discovers that the woman's killer is the same man that he tried to catch before and he learns why he killed her. After the pieces begin falling into place, the detective discovers that the killer is actually his neighbor who's been helping him with the case. | ||
