A Will and a Way by Nora Roberts

Pandora McVie never got along with her non-blood cousin, Michael Donohue. But they were both connected through their mutual love for their uncle, Jolly. When Jolly dies, he leaves just about all of his assets to them jointly. But there is one condition: They must live in his mansion together for 6 months. Jolly had always hoped that the two of them would fall in love and he was going to see that it happend, if it was the last thing he did.
Although Pandora and Michial don't get along and neither of them needs the money, they feel obligated to carry out the terms of the will. Otherwise all of their uncle's things will be divided up among the rest of their family, whom hated Jolly. So they move into the mansion together.
But someone else wants their share of the money too. And they are willing to go to great lengths to get Pandora and Michael to break the terms of the will. So, the two of them must deal with both the growing attraction between them and an irate, unknown family member who won't stop until they're out of Jolly's mansion.
