Book Review By Ashley Abbott
Unforgettable by Caroline B. Cooney

In one ill-thought moment, "witnessing a shocking crime," Hope loses her memory. She is not left bereft, however. Hope meets the very handsome Mitch McKenna, and believes that all will turn out right. Once again, the dream takes a turn for the worse.

With the exception of Mitch, it at first seems like Hope will be all alone in the Big Apple, until an oddly frightening man claims to be her father, and takes her to meet an even more shocking "cousin."

As the moments tick by, Mitch and Hope become even more suspicious of her alleged family, and it doesn't take long for the dirty truth to come out. With this dreaded truth, comes a crime that threatens not only Hope and Mitch's life, but new friends as well.
