Book Review By Nancy Wallace
Cowboy Lessons by Pamela Britton

Amanda Johnson is furious when she finds out millionaire computer whiz Scott Beringer has 'stolen' her father's ranch by paying the delinquent property taxes. Scott, who considers himself a computer nerd, has always wanted to be a cowboy and he convinces Amanda to give him cowboy lessons and in return he will consider selling the property back to her.
Amanda tries to ignore the sparks between them but she finds it harder and harder. No matter how many walls she builds Scott always seems to find a way around them. She final gives into her desires and after a very romantic evening with Scott she awakens alone and finds Scott immersed in a business meeting. Embarassed by the looks she is getting from Scott's associates she decides she can't be just another in a long line of Scott's girlfriends and she decides to cut her losses.
After making sure her father will be taken care of she finds herself another job and moves away to start a new life for herself. The question is will Scott let her go?
