In the summer of 2059, a body was discovered brutally murder in the New York, Central Park Lake. Lieutenant Eve Dallas and her partner Detective Peabody is on the trail to find a serial killer who strangle his victims with a red ribbon and remove their eyes. Nothing can do little to trace down the serial killer who carefully leaves nothing of himself behind. Who covered his face with dark glasses, and body with black clothes.

Frantically needed to find the answer, Eve accepted the help of a psychic who claim to have visions of the murders. She fought her physical and emotional exhaustion to stop the murders. Eve challenged the killer to find her, but Eve's threats make him anxious to act first, to strike against Eve and her team.
