Book Review By Nick Warren
The Jump by Martina Cole

Donna Brunos's life is shattered when her husband Georgio is sentenced to a long stretch in Parkhurst maximum security prison for an armed robbery he claims he was not involved in. When the vital witness to his innocence commits suicide in prison, the only way she can get her husband back is to break him out. To do this she has to associate with London's darkest underworld figures while she struggles to keep Georgio's business going. However when his car dealership is attacked and she finds suspicious documents detailing dodgy bank transactions abroad, she finds out a horrifying truth about Georgio and wonders whether he really is the loving husband she thought he was.
