Elvenblood: One Born of Two Races by Diana J. Curtis

Princess Alenya discovers that her father is not dead but being held captive by an evil wizard. She searches for him, encountering dangers, like goblins and dragons, but also meets many new friends. She meets an elven prince and a unicorn, both of whom help her in her quest. Alenya reunites the dragons with the world of men along with reuniting the human and elven races. The human and elven races were once one race but split because of magical differences.

Alenya and Tarrick (her elven friend and husband!) aided by the dragons she has brought back, gather the elven and human races to defeat an evil wizard.
