Book Review By Joseph DeMarco
The Tommyknockers by Stephen King

When Bobbi Anderson finds a strange metal disc in the ground, she starts to notice she can think clearer and has been given certain supernatural abilities. Especially when it comes to building and creating things. As she begins to excavate this massive disc made of an unearthly metal, stranger things begin to happen; kids begin to disappear, people commit suicide, and the town seems as if it's under a spell.

Before long these somethings, which are never really explained have taken control of the small town of Haven. Are they Alien Ghosts? The only man whose seems immune to the mind control is Jim Gardener an alcoholic poet with a metal plate in his head who seems to be the only one capable of stopping these invisible body snatchers.
