Book Review By Margo Reasner
A Walk on the Cliffs by Margo Reasner

Mary Ann knew two men in college. She married Brad, but always wondered what life would have been like if she had picked the other, Robert, who she remained friends with. The story starts with Mary Ann getting ready to go on a vacation to the Northern California Coast with Brad, Robert and his girlfriend Crystal.

While they are there emotions run high; Crystal seems upset and acts badly while they go about their tourist activities. The day ends with a dinner scene where everyone is upset and unhappy with each other.

Then, the next morning Crystal and Robert argue while Brad has left to explore the local town and Mary Ann finds herself compelled to follow the couple because it appears that their bickering has something to do with her.

While in pursuit, Mary Ann has an accident and then wakes up in San Francisco finding herself the mother of a little girl and married to Robert. She has to work out the issues that exist in this alternate universe and try to figure out how to get home again.
