| Charles Waterson, an architect living happily in London, is quite unprepared for the sudden end to his ten year marriage when his wife leaves him for a much older guy. To make his devastation complete, he is transferred to the New York office despite his utmost reluctance.
With nothing else to lose, he takes a long leave of absence from the office and heads towards Vermont for a few days of skiing, chilling out and thinking about his life but destiny had something else in mind for him.
