Killer Takes All by Erica Spindler

Stacey was a cop in Dallas, but after her partner betrayed her and her sister was almost killed, she left the force and moved to New Orleans to go to school. She becomes close to her neighbor, but then her neighbor and the neighbor's roommate is killed. Evidence points to the ex boyfriend, but Stacey's cop instinct tells her her friend died because of the role playing game White Rabbit. Stacey begins to work with two detectives from the NOPD, but they don't believe her until more people die and the killer leaves quotes from Alice in Wonderland.

Stacey moves in with the Nobles, the family who invented the game, in an effort to protect them from the killer. The mother is kidnapped, and Stacey believes her lover is the killer and the kidnapper, but when the lover kills himself after the father is murdered, it becomes obvious that the real killer has not been caught. Stacey and Spencer, the detective she is falling for, find the mother and the daughter, who had gone missing later, just in time to save them from the killer.
