Jill 9 by J.D. Tynan

Jill Walker is Vancouver's new weathergirl and she's getting some negative attention. Dead flowers, strange, eerie phone calls and then a bloody nine appears on her door.
FBI Agent Ian Hamlin is tracking a serial killer who is targeting women named Jill Walker. The killer has already killed four women and after he sees Jill on the TV from his hotel in Tennessee, he is convinced that she is not safe. He takes on his superiors, heads for the west coast and watches over Jill from the front seat of his rented car.
Jill's new boyfriend seems too good to be true, but since she's still in love with some boy she once saw on the beach twelve years prior, he really doesn't stand a chance. Now, will Ian Hamlin in her life again, she is convinced that he's the same boy she once saw on that beach and her heart is torn between the two men.
As the killer makes his move and a stalker and deranged ex-girlfriend also take stabs at Jill, can she survive long enough to make her choice between the seemingly Mr. Perfect or the dark brooding man sent to protect her from a ruthless killer?
