Book Review By Karl Micallef
A Zoo in My Luggage by Gerald Durrell

"A Zoo in my Luggage" is a story about an expedition for collecting
animals from West Africa in Cameroon. The story started when Gerald Durrell and his wife decided to go to Cameroon and collect as much animals as they will have their own zoo.

During the expedtion in Cameroon, they stayed in the Fon of Bafut's
Resthouse. After their stay in Cameroon, they collected more than 250 specimens which some of them were very rare. The major problem was to find a place where to make a zoo. After a year of trying to find a place, at last, he found a place in Jersey. The place where to make the zoo, was found by the help of Hugh Fraser.
