The Warlord by Jaid Black

Laid Euan Donald rules the Isle of Wright with a heavy hand, but he is in need of a wife and heir. When a neighboring Laird does not produce his betrothed to him he beheads him on the spot, and then decided to get one the old fashion way by stealing her. But, what he finds is Janet who is not the typical Scottish woman. Janet is from present day Scotland and is kidnapped along with her friend and transported back in time on a foggy evening. Janet and Morag are stunned at the appearance of their kidnappers and gradually figure out they are no longer in their time. They are both wed to men who kidnap them in a ceremony where they don't understand the language at all. The women are brought back to Euan's Castle and the remainder of the story is about how Morag and Janet fall in love with their captors and adapt to their new surroundings.
