Book Review By Kayla Reno
Her Master and Commander by Karen Hawkins

Dying without a legitimate heir, the Earl of Rochester sends his butler, Reeves, in search of his two long lost twin sons, the first of which is Captain Tristan Llevanth. He sailed the seas and fought at Admiral Nelson's side, yet after being wounded, he can no longer live a life on the seas.

Prudence Thistlewaite, a young widow, plans to open up a seminary for young ladies. However, she lacks the capital. Thus, when Reeves appeals to her to help civilize Tristan in order to inherit the fortune and title of his father, she finds she can't refuse. She is in desperate need of the money. Thus when all that she longs for is to be rid of this infuriating man, she soon finds that all she wants is to be by his side, and allow him to become her master and commander.
