Book Review By Serena
Rejar by Dara Joy

Rejar is a Familiar from Aviara, a futuristic planet. Familiars have the ability to turn into cats and have heightened sexual appetites, as well as telepathic abilities and sensitivity to female emotions. Rejar is unique in that he has stronger powers than most Familiars and has two different colored eyes. Rejar finds himself thrown through a portal onto Earth in Regency England. Rejar stays in cat form until he feels more comfortable in this new world.

Lilac is riding in her carriage in London, when a large black cat pounces into her carriage! She finds the beauty, size, eye color, and personality of the cat to be so intriguing that she takes him home with her. She confides her dreams and fantasies to this "cat" and sleeps with him at night, where she has erotic dreams about a man with two different colored eyes!

During his time in England, Rejar befriends a popular gentleman named Lord Byron, who believes him to be a Russian prince! Suddenly, Rejar is one of the most highly sougt after batchelors in London. Rejar and Lilac fall in love.
