Janet had lived in an orphanage for as long as she could remember. She had always been very small for her age, as well as very quiet. When the other children made fun of her, she told herself that she was like a butterfly, waiting to spread her wings and fly. One day, Sanford and Celine Delorice come to the orphanage to adopt her, and Janet finds out that they had been looking at her for weeks. Wondering why anyone would ever want her, she finds out that Celine, now confined to a wheelchair, used to be a dancer, and wants to fulfill her dreams through Janet. Janet tries to do what Celine asks, and even learns to respect the art of dancing. | ||
