| James Adams is a 13-year-old Cherub agent. Cherubs are kids, usually orphans, which are part of a division of MI5, a section of British intelligence. Cherub agents are trained and sent on missions that would be impossible for adults. These kids are able to stay undetected by highly dangerous terrorists, drug-dealers, murderers, and thieves. For this reason, they are able to bring many criminals to justice.
After getting dumped by his girlfriend, James pushes around a younger kid and all his friends stop talking to him. Not only is he is suspended from missions for a month, but he must have sessions with an anger management counselor and has to clean up parts of the Cherub campus for 2 hours every day. Finally, James is recruited for a mission. The mission objective is to find out why Leon Tarasov, a small-time crook, suddenly has big money on his hands. James and another agent, Dave, make friends with Leon's kids and discover how a boy that fell off a roof is connected to a corrupt police force, a dishonest car dealership, and a robbed casino. Will James and Dave uncover the truth behind Leon's unexpected cash? And, when they do find out, will they be able to find enough evidence to put the thief behind bars? | ||
