Book Review By David Bret
Joan Crawford: Hollywood Martyr by David Bret

The book has already been optioned for a movie as it is far removed from Christina Crawford's dare I say much-invented account of her mother. The husbands are all there, most of them gay, as are the lovers. Joan was the quintessential fag-hag. She loved her gay fans, indeed she loved most of her fans more than her husbands and lovers of both sexes.
She also liked it rough, wanting the latest lover to break into the house...and often get injured in the process..and take her by force.
