Book Review By Kenny Anderson
The Weakness - Animorphs 37 by K.A. Applegate

The Animorphs series concerns a war between several Kis who can turn into animals, and Yeerks, which are mind-controlling slugs that are secretly invading Earth. The leader of the Animorphs, Jake, is out of town in this book. The Animorphs discover that a certain big Yeerk official is inspecting the invasion force on Earth to see how well it is doing. The Animorphs consider this an opportunity to misdirect the Yeerks' strategy for Earth, so they appoint Rachel as the leader of a plan to make the invasion of Earth look like a failure. Rachel makes certain mistakes, but ends up showing that she can be a good enough leader to keep all of the Animorphs alive--which is no mean accomplishment.
