Gabrielle Lord's “Baby did a bad, bad thing” assembles an amazing cast which includes Gemma Lincoln, the glamorous private investigator, her boyfriend, undercover cop Steve, her fried Angie (a police officer), her sister Kit (a psychotherapist), and her clients: Minkie Montreau the wife of a missing millionaire, Peter Fenster, who believes his wife is cheating on him as well as her friend Shelley, a sex therapist who asks for her assistance with tracking down a killer who targets sex workers.
