Book Review By DeborahAnne MacGillivray
The Key by Lynsay Sands

In order to escape marriage to a man she hates, Iliana accept marriage to a wild Scots Highlander, laird Duncan. She is a lovely woman, but is suddenly faced with a household of men that are, to put it mildly, slobs. Since the death of Duncan's mother, the castle has been a bachelor abode and is filthy! She rolls up her sleeve and scrubs the place from top to bottom, till it shines, but the louts barely thank her, and think her rather bossy.

But the biggest sticking pin to romance, is Duncan refuses to bath regular, well, regularly is once a year after the floating of the sheep! She refuses to be bedded by the man covered with tiny livestock and dirt, so she goes to war and pulls out the big guns: The Chastity Belt. On on it will stay, until Duncan learns what soap is mean for...so she hold the KEY to their marriage!!

It is a WONDERFUL BOOK, Lynsay's second and marked her as a super writer here to stay.

Being a Scot myself, I found the book a sheer delight!!

Slainte Mohr!!
