This book is about a drifter called Jack Reacher helping the FBI solve some strange murders. It is also about his personal life. His commitment to his girlfriend and whether he wants to be weighed down in the same place for the rest of his life.
Jack Reacher is an old military policeman who is very bright and in very good physical condition.
