| Kate is a wannabe psychologist from the midwest trying to make a living in the Big Apple as a Human Resource director. When her boss has her break company policy and fire a popular employee both Kate and the company are sued for breach of contract. While Mitch tries to litigate the case he falls hard for Kate but like any good romance they face a few obstacles; her dislike of lawyers, his brother, her boss, her ex boyfriend, her search for an apartment and him getting her fired!
