Al Pacino: A Life on the Wire by Andrew Yule

This might be the most famous biography of Al Pacino in the market. This doesn't make it a great one, though: rarely do we get into the actor' head or process of acting, the Lee Strasberg's 'Method'. What we get instead is a bunch of bio facts, movie trivia and some gossip regarding Pacino's love life. (Nothing too above the average info searchable on the internet.) Despite of this, with the result we do get the idea on how privately Pacino has kept his relationships by not knowing much from himself but from 'the work', as he calls his great talent for acting.
