Book Review By Sarah-Anne Playle
Poor Little Rich Girl by Katie Flynn

Hester is sent to Liverpool to look after spoiled 8 year old Lonnie. Lonnie's aunt takes an instant dislike to both of them. Just when Lonnie is beginning to blossom into a regular girl, her aunt hatches a scheme to fire Hester, and sends Lonnie away to a boarding school. Hester is then left on her own to survive in Liverpool. Complicating things is her love interest in the poor but happy Baily family's oldest son, Dick.
