Book Review By Laura Fong
On Mexican Time by Tony Cohan

Tony Cohan writes about his decision to move from California to Mexico, uprooting most of the traditional lifestyle choices that people make. Cohan and his wife immerse themselves in the Mexican culture, learning for once to let go of many of the stresses that bog down the average American. They take in the beauty of nature and purchase a run-down Mexican house with no electricity or running water, and renovate it to make it liveable. Through scorpion scares, insect infestations, and the lack of technology, Cohan and his wife find living in Mexico to be the best lifestyle for them.
