A Streetcar Named Expire by Mary Daheim

Judith McMonigle Flynn is talked into going on the inaugural tour of Toujours la Tour, a trolley ride of murder and mayhem, with her cousin Renie. One of the stops is the in-the-middle-of remodeling Alhambra Arms where a four decades old body was discovered in the crumbling wall. As part of the tour, an exorsist was hired to exorcise the spirit of the skeleton. Judith discovers the body of the freshly dead exorcist.
