Maggie Walsh Garvan has always been the most well behaved, boring Walsh sister. She is married to her first boyfriend, and the couple live a relativly dull life. However, after several monthes of marital strain, Maggie learns that her husband, Paul (or Garv, as she calls him) has been unfaithfull. Maggie leaves him and briefly returns to the bosom of her eccentric Irish family before flying to Los Angeles to stay with a friend. Once in a new city, Maggie decides that it is time for a new life to begin, so boring Maggie starts rubbling elbows with people in the film industry. But after a while Maggie discovers that what she has been doing was really attempting to escape her problems.
