An American medical doctor goes to Australia to work on a project for Aborigines. When they hear about her efforts they ask her to visit an ancient Aboriginal tribe promising a dinner in her honor. Because of their respect for her work they want her to learn how they really live so they take her on a four-month "walkabout" into the outback.
She discovers how people can live with nothing but faith in their God while carrying no food or water and wearing scraps of rags for clothing. | ||
