David Webb, formerly Jason Bourne, is pulled back into spy action by bureaucrats who kidnap his wife, Marie. Bourne is told by the captors to track down an impostor, a man who is killing in the name of Jason Bourne. While tracking him down, Bourne discovers a deadly conspiracy involving the control of Hong Kong, and must stop it before it is too late.
