Book Review By Ann
A Knife to Remember by Jill Churchill

Jane is a widowed housewife. In this book, a movie company uses the field behind Jane's and her neighbor's houses to shoot on location. The main prop man, Jake, is killed (stabbed), then the movie's female lead, Lynette Harwell is killed, though Lynette's death is made to look like suicide. Mel, the detective and Jane's new boyfriend, tries to unravel the murders, but he seems to come across a lot of dead ends on his own. Jane and Shelley, Jane's next-door neighbor, snoop around the set and find out who killed Jake and Lynette, and they set up a trap to catch the killer at the movie's wrap party, with Mel in the background.
