A Groom with a View by Jill Churchill

In this Jane Jeffry mystery, Jane is trying to earn some extra money by being a wedding planner for Livvy Thatcher, a young business executive woman who Jane hardly knows. Shelley, Jane's next-door neighbor, comes along to help. Jane and Shelley put the whole wedding on at an old family hunting lodge that used to be a monastery, and it's dark and spooky. The first night, the power goes out. There are always eerie moaning sounds that could be somebody or the wind. In the morning, the florist finds that someone killed the dressmaker; the killer had pushed her down the stairs. The rest of the wedding happens, but before the cake is cut in the side room, one of the bridesmaids screams when she finds the groom dead, stabbed.
