Book Review By Darlene Magdaluyo
The Last Suppers by Diane Mott Davidson

Cater Goldy Bear's wedding to cop Tom Schultz doesn't happen because Father Olson is found dead and Tom has been kidnapped. Goldy believes the way to find Tom is through the motive for the murder and Tom's cryptic notes. Conflicts between two groups of church members, the stress of catering last minute affairs, and a wanna-be Episcopalian priest who may stop at nothing including blackmail all hinder Goldy's attempts to find the missing groom. Will there be a wedding or just Father Olson's funeral? Sprinkled throughout the book are wonderful, easy to follow recipes that will have your friends thinking you are a gourmet cook.
