Book Review By Mitch Taylor
Earth, the New Frontier by Adam Celaya

When the stellar event of the millennia goes terribly wrong, Earth finds itself being pounded back to the stone age as it passes through a lunar debris field.

Rising from the ashes of society, a discredited soldier named John Hammond finds himself leading a convoy of survivors north along the Arizona/New Mexico border to a government bunker that is alleged to exist somewhere in southern Colorado.

The band quickly finds themselves being pursued by an army of convicts formed from the remnants of the penal system. A leader of the Aryan Nation, a white supremist prison gang, Matt Camron's ruthlessness is akin to that of Idi Amin. Sweeping through towns along the way, he and his growing band of pirates rape and pillage everything in their path.

Pursued by a small band of national guardsmen intent on wiping out the pirate army, Camron sets his sights on Hammond's convoy. With murderous rage the convicts swarm after the tiny caravan as they flee across the broken wasteland of post-apocalyptic Arizona.
