A Bone of Contention - Chronicles of Matthew Bartholomew 3 by Susanna Gregory

In Cambridge during 1352, after the Black Death, there is tension between the town and the University with riots and violence bubbling under the surface. So when a reputed skeleton of a local martyr is discovered, Doctor Bartholomew, teacher of medicine, wants to identify the remains. Things take a turn for the worse when a student is murdered and Bartholomew must uncover the link between the two corpses before the city is ripped apart by desperation and anger.
