Book Review By Tracy Alexander
The Other Woman by Eric Jerome Dickey

Freckles, as she is known, is a hard working but very dedicated wife. Although attentive to her husband, Charles, he requires more and finds it in the arms of another woman, Jessica. Not only is she not his wife, she is another man's wife. Jessica is married to David. David finds out about the affair and he and Charles have a fight. Charles lies about what happened when questioned by Freckles.

David eventually gets a hold of Freckles at work and informs her that her husband is having an affair with his wife. She is devastated. She questioned Charles and he admits it. Freckles and David get together to discuss the situation and find that they have much in common. Unlike his wife, Jessica, she is very interested in his music. They begin to have an affair of their own.

Eventually the couples meet and agree not to see each other's spouses again. Just when all is calm, David pulls out a gun and shoots Charles and himself.
