Book Review By Tiffany
The Lady's Tutor by Robin Schone

Elizabeth Petre is the perfect Victorian lady, married to a man hand-picked by her cold, political family. She's given her husband two sons and endured sixteen years of selfless duty. Beneath the veneer, however, she is a passionate woman craving a man's touch, but her husband has not come to her marriage bed in over twelve years. When gossip returns to her that her husband has a mistress, Elizabeth sets out to seduce her husband.

Even after sixteen years of marriage, Elizabeth is painfully inexperienced; never even been kissed by her aloof husband. If she is to seduce him she much first have a seductive education and there is only one man that can teach her. Ramiel Devington is the illegitimate son of an English countess and an Arab sheik. Raised in both worlds but fitting neither one, Ramiel is used to English women propositioning him.

Except Elizabeth does not want him to pleasure her, she wants to learn to pleasure a man. Intrigued by the woman Ramiel sets out to instruct her in the arts of sensual delights. All too soon the lessons become a temptation that neither can resist. He gives her the opportunity to have a man who truly desires her and she has the ability to accept him for who and what he is.

When Elizabeth begins to show signs of rebellion against her controlling husband and parents, her life seems to be in jeopardy. Ramiel knows that he would do anything to have Elizabeth and his desire to keep her safe causes turbulence in his own household. Elizabeth must decide between passion and love or society correctness and family obligation.
