Cruz Perez believed in family honor. And the handsome wrangler always protected the women in his life. But this cowboy has never imagined himself as a daddy...until the day Savannah Clark was three months pregnant! Though she denied he was the father, Cruz knew this baby was his. Honor demanded he do right buy the vulnerable beauty. But could the cowboy dad-to-be, convince sweet Savannah -and himself- that his offer of marriage was inspired by true love?
Throughout the book Cruz just try's to convince Savannah his love is pure (by telling her she loves her and taking care of her) and not just a act of guilt or because he has to but Savannah's wary because she doesn't know if she should trust him or not because she knows he would never just get her pregnant and not take care of her and the child. Another reason why she is wary of Cruz is because when she was a child she had an unhappy family because her mother had gotten pregnant out of marriage (with her) and had to get to marry to her father even though they weren't in love. Savannah just doesn't want to be like them and go into relationship without love. Will she finally give into her heart and trust Cruz? | ||
